Sumeet Vyas has earned fame through Permanent Roommates and Tripling. He will be seen in Official Bhootiyagiri Season 3, a new web series. It is a horror-comedy series and the official trailer of the same has been released on the Internet.
Sumeet will be continuing as Dilawar Rana from Official CEOgiri. Dilawar has been released from jail in the trailer and has to run the family hotel which is said to be haunted. He disbelieves in what people say and takes up the responsibility of running the hotel. He renovates the place and provides the world’s best haunting experience to the guests who love adventure.
However, things take a u-turn when horror takes over humour as Dilawar also starts believing that the place is haunted. Official Bhootiyagiri is the third season of hit Arre web series Official Chukyagiri and Official CEOgiri. The series features Sumeet Vyas in the role of Dilawar Rana who will be released from the jail only if he runs the family hotel business. He faces the challenge of fighting the ghosts and running the hotel.
The series also has Eisha Chopra, Mohan Kapoor, Pranay Manchanda, Sujata Segal, Naveen Prabhakar, Udita Bhalla and Ajay Kapoor. The series is filmed by Vishwajoy Mukherjee. The web series will be released on MX Player on May 14.
Sumeet Vyas opened up on playing Dilawar Rana in the show. He said that he has always enjoyed working on Official Chukyagiri and Official CEOgiri series. He said that the OTT medium lets you build new characters and tell different stories which helps an actor in trying and innovating new things. He also said that Dilawar Rana as a character has grown in every season of the franchise.
