The Day 3 Bombay Fashion Time Week had some of the most amazing collections by a lot of talented designers. One such talented label was KALKI a trio label by Nishit, Saurabh and Shishir. Their designs were also about floral motifs and zari work.
Corsets and Ruffles, Crinkled tulle, structured drapes were all part of their Summer Spring 2018 collection. Subtle pastel hues made the attires perfect for weddings during the summer season.
The show was closed by Bollywood actress Yami Gautam, who looked like a fairy-tale princess in the soft-lavender ballroom gown. When asked who her favourite fairy-tale princess was, she replied, “Rapunzel! Because I wanted hair as long as hers. I used to wear a sweater, tie it around my hair to make my hair long. It was really weird.”
