Producer and actor Arbaaz Khan has filed a defamation case in a civil court in Mumbai after false claims were made on social media about his involvement in the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian. The death case of Sushant Singh Rajput is being investigated by three agencies Central Bureau of Investigation, Narcotics Control Bureau and Enforcement Directorate.
The content included all messages, posts, videos, interviews, tweets, communications and similar type of content which can defame Arbaaz Khan or his family members on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and all other public domains. The posts have portrayed that Arbaaz Khan has been arrested and is unofficially in CBI custody.
Abhinav Kashyap has also targeted Arbaaz Khan earlier by saying that his family had shelved his career because of which he went into depression, Arbaaz had responded to it by filing a legal case against the director saying that the parting was professional and not personal.
